Sunday, September 17th at 1 PM in New York City - March to End Fossil Fuels

The United Nations is convening the Climate Ambition Summit 2023 in New York City on September 20th to accelerate climate action by governments, business, and civil society.

Let's send a clear message to world leaders that it is time to put an end to the era of fossil fuels and invest in a clean and sustainable future for all.

Let's show the world know that Americans want bold and urgent climate action.

Join us on the afternoon of Sunday, September 17th when thousands of our friends across New York and the country will come together in New York City for the March to End Fossil Fuels.

The Capital Area Climate Network is excited to be the local Hub for the March to End Fossil Fuels.  We urge you to join us in New York City on Sunday, September 17th. Hop on one of our busses or meet us in the city as we demand that Biden, Congress and world leaders act on climate. New York State Council of Churches is one of the Organizations supporting the March to End Fossil Fuels!

Capital Area Busses will leave from Crossgates Commons in Albany and Kingston on Sunday morning arriving in New York City before the 1:00 March and Rally.

Busses will leave the city around 5:00 PM and return around 9:00 PM.  Each seat costs us $40. For those with limited income there are tickets for $10 or $25.
