About the Workshop:

Animating Antiracist Ways of Being offers an engaging and reflective space for those working to transform their institutions into racially just environments. This training introduces a framework for understanding systemic racism and explores the role of institutional leaders and staff in upholding or dismantling these systems.

Through large and small group conversations, personal reflection, and applied practice, participants will:

• Learn what antiracism means and what it requires from institutions
• Examine the impact of systemic racism and white dominant culture
• Reflect on how we may unintentionally uphold racial inequity
• Begin building long-term strategies for institutional transformation

This session is ideal for both staff and leadership committed to creating equitable, antiracist practices and policies within their organizations.
