Homelessness to Housing: A Justice Summit

November 3-6, 2025 | In-person & Online at Stony Point Center

  • Overview The housing crisis in America is growing and the call for meaningful action has never been louder. This November, Stony Point Center will be hosting “Homelessness to Housing: A Justice Summit”, a powerful 3-day gathering of faith leaders, non-profits, advocates, and grassroots organizers working to understand, confront, and transform the systemic conditions that fuel homelessness and housing insecurity. This year, we’ll explore acts of mercy, advocacy, and innovative solutions like “Yes in God’s Backyard” (YIGBY), all with the intent of helping us care more effectively for our unhoused neighbors. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for building pathways to stable, affordable housing and driving long-term policy and community change. Through keynotes, workshops, and collaborative cohorts, participants will leave with actionable tools and a network of allies committed to housing justice.
  • What to Expect:
    • Inspiring Keynotes & Practical Workshops featuring faith-based and secular leaders working on the frontlines of housing justice.
    • Featured Speakers include Kevin Nye, author of ‘Grace Will Lead Us Home’; Aaron Horner, housing justice advocate of AMH Services; and other advocates addressing both systemic and grassroots solutions.
    • Toolkits & Cohorts to support local action with customized digital resources and peer-based learning groups.
    • Post-Event Online Gatherings to continue building community, reflect on progress, and translate learning into action.
Whether you’re just beginning this work or deep into the push for housing justice, this summit is designed to meet you where you are and equip you to go further.Who Should Attend:Faith leaders*, nonprofit professionals, grassroots organizers, and anyone ready to take meaningful action.*Congregations are strongly encouraged to send both ordained and lay participants to seed a local action team. You’ll Leave With:
