The Mercy Justice Team in NY - Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)

President Trump’s Executive Order on Immigration is aimed at eviscerating due process in U.S. Immigration System. Migrants without legal status presently residing in New York State live in fear. Some are not even leaving their homes. The Mercy Justice Team in NY is scheduling a Zoom session to hear from our Mercy colleagues and collaborators around the state regarding what's happening on the ground regarding the activity of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in our neighborhoods and workplaces.

If you are willing to share what you're witnessing regarding ICE activity and/or its effects, you can indicate that on this form. We want to ensure that everyone who wishes to contribute substantively to the conversation has an opportunity. We will schedule a follow-up, if needed. We will also be sharing some of the 2025 NY State legislation that may help to remedy the situation for our immigrant siblings. Thank you for considering this invitation.
