This FREE training brought to you by the Mental Health Collaborative of the Rochester/Genesee Region in conjunction with 'Suicide Prevention & Crisis Intervention Services of Tompkins County'. This is not just for professionals, but for ANYONE wanting learn how to help a struggling friend or family member. Or, if you just want to be prepared, should something arise with someone you are in contact with. When ones we care for are mentally and emotionally overwhelmed, symptoms may show themselves. We care for them using basic tools that offer comfort and support.

The Mental Health Collaborative of the RGR is focused on promoting positive mental wellness and is one of our regional initiatives.
