FairHotel is a program hosted by UNITE HERE, the union of hospitalityworkers in the U.S. and Canada. UNITE HERE members are predominantly women andpeople of color, hailing from all corners of the planet. Together, we arebuilding a movement to enable people of all backgrounds to achieve greaterequality and opportunity, and to make sure the whole hospitality industry comesback stronger.

Consumers who choose FairHotels are supporting sustainable jobs in thehospitality industry. An industry where workers have access to fair wages,quality healthcare, retirement benefits, protection against harassment anddiscrimination at work, and a means to achieve empowerment on the job.
