February 4, 2025 - Proud to be with colleagues through The Religious Nationalism Project (TRNP) supporting our Muslim and Christian friends in Burma who endure the brutality of a Buddhist supremacist military occupation. We also visited eight Congressional offices to advocate for the reauthorization of USIRF, asking members to adopt a prisoner of conscience, and pass legislation to condemn transnational aggression. Religious nationalism that privileges one faith above others threatens democracy. We stand together.
